A Patient Healthcare App for Multi-Branch Clinics
A growing clinic group came to us with a problem most multi-location healthcare providers know well: patient records were stuck in separate systems at every branch, check-in was slow and paper-heavy, and patients had no simple way to see their own health history.
We built them one mobile healthcare app for iOS and Android — biometric login, appointment booking, and a complete medical profile that stays in sync across every branch — backed by a web dashboard for clinic staff. Here is how we approached it.
The Challenge
Before the app, the clinic's day-to-day ran on disconnected tools. Four problems stood out.
Records scattered across branches
Medical histories, screening reports and vaccination records lived in separate systems, so no one could see the full picture of a patient.
Slow, error-prone registration
Paper forms and manual data entry made every check-in slow — and easy to get wrong.

Book, reschedule or cancel from a phone, with automatic reminders for upcoming visits, test results and vaccination schedules.
A complete medical profile
Consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, allergy and screening reports and a full vaccination log — all in one place patients can view and download.
Security & compliance built in
Encrypted storage, role-based access and audit logs, aligned with GDPR and HIPAA expectations for handling sensitive patient data.
A dashboard for clinic staff
Doctors and front-desk teams manage appointments, patient records, consultation notes and billing from one web dashboard across all branches.
Real-time cross-branch sync
Every update — a new result, a changed appointment, an updated record — is reflected instantly across branches, so patients get one consistent experience.
