Before you contact UNO
What should I include in a project enquiry?
Describe what you want to build or improve, who will use it and which systems are involved. Include your current website if you have one, plus a budget range and target date. You do not need a finished technical specification to start the conversation.
How can I contact the UNO team?
Email info@uno.com.my, call +603-6411 3298 or use the enquiry form on this page. Our published office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm Malaysia time.
Can we meet at your Kuala Lumpur office?
Contact us to arrange a meeting at our Solaris Mont Kiara office. Sharing a short project summary beforehand helps us prepare and involve the right people in the discussion.
Should I send customer records or system passwords with my enquiry?
No. A summary and anonymised examples are enough for an initial enquiry. If a technical review later requires system access or detailed data, we can agree how that information should be shared.
How do existing clients request technical support?
Use the helpdesk for a project under warranty or covered by an active Support & Maintenance Package. Include the affected page or app screen, what happened and the steps needed to reproduce it. New project and general enquiries belong in the contact form on this page.
Can I enquire before the budget and launch date are final?
Yes. Explain the business problem and indicate which parts of the budget or timetable are still undecided. If a date depends on an event, contract or internal approval, say so. That context helps separate essential first-release work from items that can wait.
