(2) Projects that are subscribed to the Support & Maintenance Package

*Our normal HelpDesk Support operation hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Excluding weekends and public/federal holidays.
*Response might take up to 2 working days depending on the severity of the issues.
